Tea to soothe your aching joints

1 part black mustard seeds

1 part celery seeds

1 part elderflowers

1 part nettles

1 part St Johns wort

Mix all the herbs well. Use 1 teaspoon of herb mixture per cup of boiling water. Place the herbs in a warmed teapot. Add the boiling water. Cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
