5 exercises you can do from your couch

Each and every one of us wishes to lose weight but with absolutely no exercise, is this possible? The answer is unfortunately, Hell No!
Then what should I do with not much effort and no money at all?Well I have got the answer for you and guess what ? The answer is right on your couch; the couch could be the best way to tone up almost every part of your body and I guess that nothing is better than that.
First you need to stop being a couch potato and do exactly what I say.
Forget all the chips and popcorn surrounding the couch while watching TV just for 30 minutes, in these 30 minutes you will do really simple exercises that will help making changes to your abs, bottom, thighs, back and arms.
So let’s jump into the exercises:
First: Triceps Dips
This exercise is for triceps, back and shoulders.
You’ll do it by placing your arms on the edge of the couch with your hands wider than shoulder width, and imagine yourself sitting without touching the ground. Now, using your triceps dip yourself as close to the ground as you can, and then get back up. Do this for 15 reps.
