5 exercises to help lower back pain

Second: Cat and Camel

Start by getting down on your hands and knees. Your hands should be shoulder-width apart and knees should be hips-width apart. Suck your stomach in and arch your back. Rest your neck between your shoulders and hold it for 3 seconds then sag your lower back. Do this for 10 reps.
