5 exercises to help lower back pain

We don’t usually tend to solve some of our bodily health problems with exercise, we go to medications because it is simply easier. But what if it was possible to use exercise to solve some of our physical problems?
Lower back pain could be a deadlock for many of us, especially because lower back pain can be caused by so many reasons like pregnancy, obesity, sitting on desk all the time at work and sleeping in poor positions.
In this article we will go through some exercises that will cost you absolutely nothing and yet will help to relief the pain or even prevent it, as the perfect treatment for lower back pain is exercise. You can do these exercises whenever you want; before going to bed so you can have good night’s sleep or after waking up.
First: Press up Extension
You can do this on the floor on a yoga mat. If you don’t have a yoga mat that’s fine, just do it on the floor.
Lie on your stomach and place your hands under your shoulders and slowly straighten them so that you are in a push up position. Hold it for 3 seconds and then return to the first position. Do this for ten reps.
