Drink Sleep Juice
Make up a vitamin-boosting sleep juice.
Juice 2 carrots (you could use squash or pumpkin as an alternative)
a handful of spinach or lettuce
2 to 3 dandelion leaves
3 broccoli flowers
and 1 beetroot
Drink 125ml (4fl oz) before bed to help you drop off quickly.
